According to Chris Brown, Founder and Managing Director of Holidaywatchdog.com.
"These awards are not given out lightly and are a valuable accolade for a hotel to achieve. It is a great thing for the consumer as now they can now know where the best value hotels in the world are at a click of a button. This is especially relevant to the consumer as a hotel does not need to be 5 star rated to receive the award, it's all about what customers think of the hotel's service, cleanliness, value for money and quality of staff. These awards will grow year on year to eventually include awards for the best hotels all over the world."
