I was pleased to read this, after all the recent suffering that the Lebanese people have had to endure, through no fault of their own.

Do you know any more about the Fun Run? Is it like in places like London, where people dress up in daft costumes?

I don't know about the daft costumes Mike but I would think it will be much like Marathons elsewhere in the world.

They do have free entry for wheelchair users though. These guys can really shift. I remember many years ago being rather embarrassed running the Glasgow marathon when I was overtaken by a lad with no legs. I was flat out at the time and he just whizzed past me. Mind you you should have seen the powerful arms he had.
