Don't get caught, as I did, by the man with the orange tree in his front garden who, when I stopped to admire the hanging fruit, insisted on giving me a sackful to carry back! In the heat of a Turkish autumn I trudged back about 3 miles to my hotel with a sackful of oranges slung over my shoulder. The hotel provided oranges in my room, oranges for breakfast and oranges as after dinner fruit!
